About the job
We are looking for a Customer Success Expert, specializing in the defense industry arena.
As a Customer Success Expert, you will play a crucial role in advocating the customer needs while promoting the company agenda:
- Understand the customer needs, develop partnerships, align on expectations, and ensure a high customer satisfaction level.
- Lead and perform the implementation plans for our end users.
- Collaborate with internal departments: Programs, Engineering, QA, and Operations to provide a coherent and great customer experience (HW and SW).
- Collaborate with the account manager– daily/ weekly briefs to accommodate the customer needs while strategically promoting the company goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3-5 Years of experience with customer-facing roles
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Excellent written and communication skills in English
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-company processes
- Technical orientation
- Proactive, achievement-oriented, and dynamic
- Ability to work independently/with minimum supervision.
- Innovative and outside-the-box thinking
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Hard-working, passionate, and fast learner
- Defense industry background- an advantage
- Experience with drone/ UAS program support- an advantage
- Drone License – an advantage
- Experience with CRM programs: Jira, Microsoft office, Microsoft Forms, Confluence – an advantage
