We Are

Wix’s Payroll team – we oversee the payroll for all of Wix’s employees, making sure that when it comes to their compensation and benefits, they never have to worry. We’re a small team of fun-loving professionals who do payroll the Wix way, always taking the time to learn and have fun while we work.

You Are

A certified Payroll Controller with experience in preparing payrolls, knowledge of insurance and social benefits, and knowledge of Israeli labor law. You’re an independent thinker, a team player and you have the passion to really get things done. You have good analytical skills, always meet your deadlines and have a high level of attention to details.

You’ll get bonus points if you have experience with the “Hilan” system (5 years and more, including Ofek and Funds originator), Excel, the Hilanet attendance system and the end of the employment process. You’ll get additional bonus points if you’re fluent in English

As a Payroll Controller, You Will

• Ensure the correct and timely processing of new hires while following company guidelines and adhering to employment law
• Collect and insert data into the payroll system
• Work out social funds, tax and national deductions
• Prepare various reports in Excel
• Maintain and promote a high degree of service and confidentiality
