We Are
Wix’s Information Security group. We’re a group of highly motivated Security Engineers who are a part of Wix’s massive R&D group. Our job is to allow our developers and our users to achieve their goals in the most secure way and it often sends us to find or create dedicated avangard solutions. Our work is extremely challenging due to the huge scales, the agility and the high-end technical diversity at the company and we’re there at all significant milestones: design, innovation, SDLC, architecture, infra, development of dedicated tools/ solutions, visibility, monitoring, risk management and responding. You Are
An independent team player with proven experience in the R&D life cycle and matrix work processes. You are not afraid to lead cross-Wix efforts and projects with other tech leaders from the Security guild. You are passionate about making an impact and constantly improving Wix’s security posture dashboards.
If you have any infosec background, it would be great. If not – all you need to do is to want to learn new things.
As a Security Ops Leader, You Will
- Plan and track cross R&D platforms projects
- Monitor our open vulnerabilities, KPIs & SLA
- Collaborate with teams like Identity, Infra, IT and others
- Resolve dependencies and constraints with ops colleague from other teams
- Lead immediate response to security incidents, their post mortem and mitigation AI’s
