Job Responsibilities:

• Reduce cost spend, increase customer satisfaction and maximize business impact
• Execute the annual cost saving program and implement business strategies
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and less experienced managers to develop, recommend and implement
• Strategic Sourcing policies, strategies and processes
• Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
• Manage a team to support supplier initiatives, negotiations and contracting activities
• Oversee life cycle activities and implement process disciplines
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control
• Support governance and control programs to ensure business continuity, protect company assets and comply with corporate legal and regulatory policies
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Sourcing
• Supervise a team of Strategic Sourcing professionals to align and execute sourcing strategies, supplier capabilities, tasks and processes to ensure timely completion
• Manage vendor from a life cycle perspective with focus on identifying new sources and technologies

Job Requirements:

• Leadership experience
• Experience in Sourcing, Procurement or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Qualification & Experience:

• 1+ years of Leadership experience
• 2+ years of Sourcing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
