Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret and develop policies and procedures for meeting compliance, risk management, and quality standards
• Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including experienced managers
• Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
• Participate in the formulation and implementation of new and revised systems, policies, and guidelines
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Lending Operations
• Interact with external customers throughout the conducting of loan processing and liquidations evaluation
• Oversee implementation of practices to ensure compliance with Wells Fargo legal, investor, regulatory, or business policies
• Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers associated with the Lending Operations functional area
• Provide quality customer service
• Manage and develop large Loan Production, Loan Servicing, and Commercial or Real Estate Construction Loan teams responsible for loan processing, documentation, pre-closing or closing tasks, loan monitoring, loan servicing, or underwriting activities
• Determine appropriate strategies and actions of Lending Operations team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development within Lending Operations functional area

Job Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in Customer Service, Loan Administration, Collections, or Sales and Transactions and Processing, environment or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience in Customer Service, Loan Administration, Collections, or Sales, and Transactions and Processing, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3+ years of Management experience
• Management experience
