Job Description:

As Manager – Business Change and Training, you will apply a best-practice approach to business change throughout the development and deployment of the major Engineering Transformation Programme (ETP). This should consider the business strategy, structure, process and local culture in the design and delivery of change activity. Applying change management knowledge and experience is essential, to increase employee adoption and usage of new systems and processes, to increase benefits realization and ROI.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Select and apply appropriate tools, methodology and models to facilitate change
  • Appreciation of common/likely areas of resistance and plan appropriate activity in response
  • A solid understanding of the impact of change on people and what a successful change looks like
  • Able to identify the root cause of a problem or blocker and take appropriate action to address it

Job Requirements:

  • Resilient and tenacious
  • Organized with good planning and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with Project Management methodology and tools

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience of large-scale organizational change
  • Change Management certification preferred
  • Experience managing complex training solutions for large transformation programmes
