Job Description:

This is an amazing yet integral role, based at our award winning flagship Heathrow Clubhouse, and Revivals Lounge. This is a highly varied and centred around giving our Clubhouse guests the best possible experience when flying with Virgin Atlantic.

Job Responsibilities:

  • People management i.e. Sickness, lateness and disciplinaries.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Clubhouse and Revivals operation.
  • An absolute focus on our NPS at every customer touchpoint and journey is essential and critical.
  • Coordinating with internal and external key partners to ensure that the customer experience meets the required standard.
  • Liaising with contractors and stake holders
  • Making sure our team are engaged and motivated.
  • Responsible for the overall guest experience within the Clubhouse and Revivals, always ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Being operationally aware and in communication with Airport Services team.
  • Ensuring all area of the Clubhouse/Revivals work seamlessly together.
  • Ensuring all Virgin Atlantic Airways processes and procedures are adhered to.

Job Requirements:

  • High level of personal grooming
  • Good at multi-tasking.
  • Understanding of and adherence to corporate values and goals/policies.
  • Good F&B knowledge
  • Genuine enthusiasm for engaging the interest of guests, in sometimes challenging situations
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literate – including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Qualification & Experience:

  • Previous Hospitality/Airline management experience
