A software company located in the Sharon area is looking for a tech-savvy Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) who loves networking and building new relationships.
Responsible for driving business into the firm’s engineering team, while utilizing business opportunities from various sources. The position requires close engagement with clients and thus requires a candidate who is extremely passionate about technology/software, motivated, dedicated, and interested in becoming a top performer.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and generating leads through various tools (mostly cold calling, social media channels, networking through events, etc.)
- Managing an existing sales pipeline while creating new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Cultivating and maintaining a strong business relationship with start-ups and enterprise executives.
Requirements:
- Passionate about people and technology.
- Proactive, results-oriented, curious, able to work independently when needed.
- English Level – Spoken & Written MUST be intermediate level and above*
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Experience with CRM & Microsoft products.
- Experience in a competitive call center environment.
- Flexible working hours.
