Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a company in Miami that is looking to add an Inventory Specialist to the team! This organization has been growing organically and their process is becoming more complex. The Inventory Specialist will work closely with the Stock room Supervisor and Field Operations Manager to track and maintain physical inventory.
The ideal candidate is analytical in nature, an advanced user of M.S. Excel (ability to write SQL major plus!), has a minimum of 2 years of experience. Although it is not a requirement, it would be extremely beneficial to be fluent in Spanish, too!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform inventory transactions and track overall inventory movement between internal locations in the ERP system.
- Transfer returned inventory from the field and adjust accordingly in the ERP system.
- Map all parts to each distributor site monthly.
- Identify variances and communicate any corrective actions that may be needed.
- Manage expired lot dates management in the system.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate will ideally have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Experience with ERP systems (Great Plains and MAX preferred).
- Advanced MS Excel (i.e. pivot table creation, vlookup functions, etc)
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related fields preferred.
