We are seeking a Registered Dietitian for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Job Summary

• You will be responsible for provision of nutrition education to inpatients and outpatients as appropriate and requested.
• You will integrate ethics in all areas of practice. Adheres to confidentiality and patient’s rights policies.
• You will complete nutrition assessments by collecting and analyzing relevant data from the patient and medical record, including diet history, medical diagnosis, labs, medications and physical assessments.
• You will determine appropriate nutrition diagnosis utilizing the Nutrition Care Process.
• You will implement nutrition intervention appropriate to the nutrition diagnosis and monitors patient responses to therapy.
• You will evaluate appropriateness of enteral and parenteral nutrition support, including energy, protein, and adequacy of fluid provisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is Required
• Master’s Degree is Preferred
• Clinical Nutrition experience highly preferred
• Licensed Dietitian within the state is Required
