Sales Segment Manager – Industrial lubricants

At the affiliate of TotalEnergies Marketing Romania, we are looking for a Sales Segment Manager for the Industrial lubricants department.

Main activities

  1. Respects the commercial policy of the department for the fulfillment of the planned turnover and falls within the budget allocated to the performance of the activity.
  2. Plans and carries out visits to existing and potential clients, maintains and improves the relationship with them in order to develop the business in the area.
  3. Negotiate prices, payment methods and delivery terms, frequency of visits and other services respecting the competence limits established by the company.
  4. Is responsible for the on-time collection of the value of the goods sold, according to the company’s commercial policy.
  5. Prepares periodic activity reports and proposes solutions to improve the activity in the assigned area and to meet the regional objectives.
  6. Ensures the implementation of promotional actions at the level of the region he is responsible for.
  7. Monitors and transmits to those interested details about the activity of competitors in the area.
  8. Identifies and proposes to his superiors the realization of investments in service equipment for direct customers.
  9. Achieving sales objectives simultaneously with market prospecting and continuous identification of new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Engineering university studies
  • Professional knowledge: knowledge in the field of sales, communication and negotiation in business
  • Experience: minimum 2 years in a similar position.
  • Other requirements: holder of category B driver’s license, availability for extended trips
  • Very good communication skills, negotiation and a proactive attitude
  • Foreign languages: English – Full professional proficiency
  • Romanian: advanced
