Centralized Shipper
Assist Escrow Team by handling all processes required for shipping all transactions. The Centralized Shipper is a critical player that works with other team members to build a support line that ensures customer service and satisfactions for TitleOne.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Provides support to the Escrow Team by performing such duties as shipping and uploading loan packages, uploading documents for recording and ensuring files are balanced. In smaller operations, this position may also lead to dual positions such as receptionist or customer service.
Accurately ship average number of files per month. Work with funder to balance with lenders, prep files for funding, coordinate recording documents with Recording Desk, and ultimately ensure files are funded in an accurate and timely manner. Assist all escrow teams as needed. Performs duties and responsibilities in a timely, efficient, and error free manner that meet the team’s needs and expectation. Continuously look for process improvements to achieve excellence.
Comply with TitleOne Corporation escrow trust accounting standards as outlined in the process and procedure manual.
Oversees Personally Or Through Team Players The Following Functions
- Ability to process accurately 200 files per month.
- Accurately balance with lender, address file conditions without causing delays.
- Accurately review, upload and process recording documents.
- Accurately ship, fund, disburse and record in a timely manner.
- Complete close out of files clean up and voidedeturned checks.
- Assist all EO’s as volume warrants.
- Assist with recording fixes.
- Assist Escrow Officer with updates to lenders and real estate agents.
- Review real estate contract, lender instructions and closing requirements and/or special instructions.
- Back-up front desk person on telephone.
- Upload documents and related correspondence in ResWare
- Backup Centralized Funder.
Qualifications/Experience

- Minimum one-year escrow/closing experience.
- Complete knowledge and understanding of real estate contract.
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette.
- Excellent customer relations and interpersonal relation skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail and deadline oriented, problem solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Computer skills including Windows, Microsoft and paperless production software.
- Copier, e-mail and 10 key calculator skills.
- Working knowledge of closing statements/disclosures, lender requirements and commitment for title insurance.
