As an Account Manager at TikTok you will be an expert taking care A to Z for planning, coordinating, monitoring and campaign trouble shooting of TikTok’s ads manager platform. You will work with key clients, sales teams, product and third-party stakeholders to ensure that campaigns are performing and producing the desired results. Success in this position requires a great focus on client service, highly skilled in the ability to plan and execute successful performance marketing campaigns for advertisers, and deep understanding of digital media advertisement ecosystem. What You’ll Do: – Manage and grow post-sale relationships of auction ads offerings by monitoring and analyzing ad campaigns, and proactively take initiative to improve results – Proficient in campaign management. Setting up campaigns, optimizing and analyzing campaigns performance data to provide data-driven business insights and at the same time, using those insights to improve our advertising offerings – Responsible for improvement of product feature adoption and consistently driving the product improvement from market feedback – Share marketplace feedback and guide our advertising strategy

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or above -Active TikTok user- advantage -Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance; -Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills in excel, SQL is a plus; -Smart, creative mindset and highly motivated to solve problems -Excellent communication skills, reliability, and trustworthiness -Experience in account management/client solutions roles in digital marketing – advantage -Proficiency in English and Hebrew TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
