Responsibilities
TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. – Lead and coach the TikTok Operations Team for Israel, that oversees Content Strategy & Programming, Partnerships and Creator Community. – Develop and own a creators & communities strategy for the Israel market based on user, market and creator needs, data insights and closely aligned with XFN teams. – Establish a robust partner management and onboarding framework through a process of test & learn and by identifying opportunities to scale and standardize. – Become the operational leader for the Israel TikTok Operations team by improving processes, reporting tools and striving to make the team’s impact more measurable and accountable. – Participating and leading a variety of content, partnership & community and xfn projects. – Aligning and collaborating with XFN teams covering Israel – including sales teams, public relation team and government relations team etc.
Qualifications
- MS degree or higher -experience of working in the digital industry / content driven platform, with a focus on operations or partnerships and business development. – 6+ years experience in people management with a proven leadership track record, experience with process management, change management and leadership. – Communication and coaching skills; including the ability to evaluate performance and provide feedback. – Experienced in data-driven and result-driven workstyle. – Advanced fluency in English and native-level language proficiency in Hebrew; knowledge of Arab is a plus
