Our exceptional Ticketing and Sales team play a vital part in every visitor’s experience, whether they’re selling the ticket that starts it all or providing the perfect end to a remarkable day.

Your challenge will be to oversee our dedicated Contact Centre and front line teams who handle thousands of calls and sell millions of tickets every year.

Managing the day-to-day operations of our busy ticket sales centre, you’ll inspire and motivate the team to meet daily targets, whilst ensuring they also provide an exceptional customer experience. Analysing sales, call distribution and communication channels, you’ll aim to constantly drive improved performance in our services too.

Visible and open, you’ll make sure the team has the information they need to meet the day’s demands, and you’ll act as a key point of contact for queries. Liaising with our Learning team, you’ll also oversee the ticketing provision for our varied learning events.

Above all, you’ll help to recruit, coach and train team members, monitor progress and support their ongoing personal development, inspiring them to deliver to their very best.
