What you’ll do on a typical day: Provide correspondence and supporting documentation in a fast paced, goal-oriented collections department in a timely mannerEfficiently use resources to research, resolve and respond to complex customer issues Make a minimum of 30 outbound calls per day on outstanding accountsIdentify collections issues and forward them for resolutionProvide customers with correspondence Perform uploads to customer websitesAbility to effectively probe in conversations to understand customer’s wants and needsConsult and guide customers to the appropriate next step based on their situationDeliver exceptional customer experience in all interactions through inbound and outbound calls to meet goals Demonstrate the ability to handle situations which may require adaptation of response according to customer responsePerforms other duties as assigned What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, you’ll need: 1 years of high-volume collections experienceExperience with Microsoft Office products including Excel It’d be great if you also have: High school diploma or equivalent educationSolid knowledge of Mainframe, Oracle, and GetPaid systemsUnderstanding of rule setsate aids and contractsExcellent written and verbal communication Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilitiesIncredible work ethic, strong attention to detailGoal-oriented with solid problem-solving skills Be part of something big.
