No nights! No weekends! Start at 7:45 AM daily, off 4:00-4:30 PM typically.
$17.00/hour starting rate while cleaning.
Starting pay is $620-$685 per week based on 36-40 hours per week + $35/week average in tips.
Open interviews Tuesdays 9:30-11:30 and Thursdays 3:00-5:00. Our address is below!
We guarantee 32 hours per week ($500) but it is rare to work under 35 hours per week.
Paid mileage, holidays, immediate vacation accrual (up to 3.5 weeks), sick pay, and $14.00/hr. travel/prep time.
Semi-annual raise reviews ranging from $.15-$1.00/hour depending on performance.
No wage cap. Our top 20% average over $19/hour.
Everyone gets their birthday off with pay!
Dental and vision paid 75%. Limited medical plan paid 50%.
Company match retirement plan.
Tuition reimbursement program eligibility after three (3) months!
TCA-University online training available. We want to help you improve your place in this world.
Company car usage about half the time. If you drive your own car, we reimburse about 2X gas prices.
We have an eight week training program. We don’t have maids…we have professional cleaners!
