Job Description
Ted’s Café Escondido, Oklahoma’s Better Mexican restaurant is looking for a Marketing Manager to provide leadership, direction, creative support and keep the company’s brand strategy moving forward as it continues to grow and expand in other markets.
The Marketing Manager will develop strategies, tactics, marketing and communication campaigns to increase awareness, drive engagement and generate consistent revenue increases for Ted’s Café Escondido. The Marketing Manager will be responsible to plan, develop, execute and implement tactical strategies aligned with strategic company objectives.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Create marketing and communication strategies which integrate with company’s objectives tied to financial goals, product introductions, promotions, social content and more.
• Proactively identify new opportunities to enhance brand strategy, drive incremental brand awareness and enhance the consumer experience.
• Develop marketing strategies in all Ted’s markets.
• Oversee the development and execution of market research plans to inform the organization on consumer, competition and marketplace insights.
• Develop and implement actionable and measurable marketing initiatives that increase customer acquisition.
• Strategically manage projects so they meet creative and business objectives holistically and where necessary by channel.
• Provide content for and review of a high volume of direct and online marketing communications, and direct the social and digital strategy.
• Assist in marketing system organization, including company files, website management and administrative duties.
• Other miscellaneous marketing and design related projects.
Requirements
• Education – Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university – preferably in marketing
• Experience – 4-6 years of experience in brand management/marketing, preferably with experience in digital and social marketing.
• Restaurant or retail experience strongly preferred
