Job Description:

The Head of Sales is responsible for product categories across a gender, overseeing the daily management of the Wholesale Sales Team across the UK and EU/ROW (ex NA). Working across a wide portfolio of accounts from major online retailers to small family run Independents. These are managed directly, through sales agents, with distribution partners and in collaboration with our retail business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the day to day management of the Wholesale Business to Business sales function including Sales Agents and distribution partners for a specific gender
  • Hold quarterly strategic meetings with key accounts.
  • To work with team to ensure that long term business relationships are established and developed to maximise commercial opportunities
  • Business development and networking to reflect Ted’s trustee portfolio with new brand refresh.
  • Manage selling campaign budgets, setting, reviewing and questioning team deliverables.
  • Accountable for samples, selling tools & showrooms in the lead up and during selling campaign.
  • Accountable for de-selection process in conjunction with design for International showrooms.
  • Coordinate, collate and present selling campaign feedback to the business
  • Sign off Seasonal go-to-market plans ahead of selling campaigns.
  • Lead and motivate the B2B sales team to deliver results
  • Accountable for wholesale collections pre-buys ahead of selling campaign.

  • Languages – but not essential
  • Proven reputation in the industry, with key account connections.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • Significant experience of working in a business to business sales environment
