Consultants In This Role Get To
Be the point of contact: Make targeted recommendations leveraging client solutions that will improve the prospects business and / or situation. Take the lead in making outbound sales calls to close any pending sales opportunities.
Be the expert: Utilize (client & Sutherland) provided applications to enter data, update customer accounts, set callbacks, enter notes and other important customer information.
Define Sutherland reputation: Represent our client to the highest standard, with a displayed passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Qualifications
Our most successful candidates will have:
- A High school diploma or GED
- Basic PC keyboarding skills; basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficient reading skills
- Multi-tasking skills, showcased through the use of several applications; experience working with CRM applications
- Previous outbound sales experience
