Position Description Summary:

Work involves responsibility for assisting in assessing, planning, and coordinating research regarding property ownership interest, facility space utilization plans, building reports, monitor and facilitating property sales, and other project management as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities: Research properties through City Parcel Viewer Research ordinances regarding the properties through Clerk site Research internal documents through file database (GDrive). Research county/government websites for property specific information. Research zoning/ land use Physically visit properties for current condition of property, if needed Research utility accounts and organize by location Research occupancy of buildings and organize in designated software Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time.

Skills Required Advanced working knowledge of all Microsoft programs (Excel and Outlook) and proficient in numerical analysis and data generation. Communication – capable of communicating effectively written, verbal, and presentation. Scheduling – organization skills with focus on project scheduling, chart developments. Risk Management – can identity risk and offer recommendations for controls to migrate risk. Critical Thinking – can analyze and evaluate issues or situations to assist divisions managements in forming form recommendations for senior management. Task Management – capable of prioritizing task, providing status updates, and ensure completion. Quality Management – capable of building process to ensure outcomes meet desired goals and objectives, Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time as well as prioritize and manage time efficiently.

Skills Preferred

Experience Required Experience Required – 5-10 years demonstrated experienced.

Experience Preferred

Education Required Education Required – Bachelor Administration or Project Management

Education Preferred

Duration six months – 40 hours per week
