About the job
This is a full-time, salary position with potential room for growth. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with 2-5 years experience in customer service & at least 1 year experience in a food service leadership role. Must have or be willing to complete a Food Safety handlers/management course.
This position entails a need for excellent communication skills; the ability to multi-task, strong leadership, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities of this role include :
– Leads & assists store team in executing brand standards and store operations during shifts.
– Maximize productivity and profitability of store by maintaining store presentation, implementing action plans as discussed with leadership team and supporting brand consistency.
– Follows proper procedures regarding opening & closing of store location. Assigns duties to store team based off operational standards & routines.
– Teaching, training, coaching & developing team based on individual needs & concerns. Provides clear, detailed, respectful feedback to store team.
– Anticipates store needs by actively evaluating environment for cues. Focuses on customer connection and responds to customers’ needs.
– Adheres to all cash management policies such as end of day reports and weekly reporting sheets & ensures store team is applying proper cash handling practices.
– Assists with Sundae Donuts events when necessary (Food truck, private parties, store events)
– Maintains proper inventory levels according to budget, sets PARS, rotates products, and places orders as needed. Checks in deliveries & maintains great relationships with vendors.
