What YOU Do: The Showroom Manager is responsible for establishing a business development plan for their assigned retail location. This includes coaching of Luxury Sales Consultants to drive initiatives, daily opening and closing procedures, and enforcing adherence to company and department policies. The Showroom Manager develops and executes one-on-one programs with sales staff to meet overall team goals and ensure their success. Why Choose Starpower:

Your Background Profile:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Military/collegiate extra-curricular/post-undergraduate sales training preferred
Sales: 5+ years in commission-based sales, preferably in flooring, appliances, low voltage electronics, or luxury AV trades
Management: 5+ years’ experience coaching, mentoring, and leading commissioned sales teams and team leaders
Leadership: Big picture visions and ability to manifest into daily core activities yielding results
Project Management: Short and long-term KPI development and achievement through strategic and tactical planning
Relationship building: Proven ability to generate leads, develop business relationships, and effectively close deals in partnership with their sales team
