What YOU Do: The Endpoint Manager works on-site to support brick and mortar users and remote for T1-2 desktop and application hardware/software support, as well as the maintenance and deployment of endpoints. You work directly with IT management on the maintenance and oversight of infrastructure. You will assist in onboarding and offboarding users, as well as communicate in person and over the phone with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, phone, application, and some networking issues. Your Background Profile:

Experience: 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in managing an Ivanti EPM environment. 5+ years experience directly supporting a PC environment in a medium to large enterprise (at least 75 PC endpoints).

Maintaining EPM software and remote clients

Developing and maintaining standardized Windows desktop images and deploying via PXE

Deploying software distributions

Patch management

Powershell scripting preferred

Certifications: Ivanti Endpoint Manager Administrator Certification REQUIRED. CompTIA/A+ certifications, Microsoft certifications (any), Dell hardware (laptops, desktops, printers) experience are a plus.

Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of LANDesk Management Suite.

Availability: Able to work fully on-site with 10-25% travel expected within DFW area, reimbursable by company.
