The Neighborhood Construction Manager (NCM) is responsible for supervising the home building process in assigned neighborhoods.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supervise home building process to ensure quality and government regulations are met
- Manage subcontractors including scheduling, installation and quality control
- Responsible for conducting Pre-construction meetings, Pre-drywall orientations, New Home Orientations and 60 day warranty appointments with home buyers
- Provide home buyers with excellent service related to construction process, scheduling and general home building communications
- Monitor and update HomeBuilder One scheduling system daily
- Train, monitor, manage Assistant Neighborhood Construction Manager’s and on-site staff
- Ensures each house is 100% complete for Quality Walk
- Various administrative duties such as scheduling trade installations, ordering building material and reviewing selections with trades
- Complete all other duties as assigned by manager
- Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions and communications
- Adhere to company safety standards and help promote a safe working environment.

Position Requirements:
- College degree preferred
- Residential construction experience
