Our Sport Clips store is located in Princeton (a stone’s throw from Starbucks)! We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our fun and family-oriented team. As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results.

The manager’s core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential.

Manager Cosmetologist Hairstylist Cosmetology Requirements

• A valid TX Cosmetology or Barber License
• Great Communicator with a PASSION for making clients look their best
• Love to work in a TEAM environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations
• Train hair stylist & cosmetologist, as needed
• Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality
• Order beauty products
• Adhere to TDLR standards
• Maintain staff records, including compensation and working schedules
• Promote services, products, and discounts on social media
• Receive payments from clients and track all transactions
• Keep updated records of daily net sales
• Run online competitions and offer discount packages to attract new customers
• Must be computer proficient
