Sport Clips is NOW HIRING a salon manager for the following location:

Sport Clips of Aurora – Orchard Road, 1720 N. Orchard Road. Just south of I-88.

Do you want to grow your career with an award-winning team? Sport Clips of Aurora- Orchard Road is looking for an ambitious, positive and goal orientated Salon Manager. We are a locally owned, family-oriented store and believe in work-life BALANCE. The Manager will be responsible for providing direction & control for day-to-day operations as well as handle stylist duties. Management duties include scheduling, inventory, marketing, improving the sales of the business, analyzing store reports and coaching/motivating Team Members.

Job Requirements

Current cosmetology or barber license is required by state regulations

Ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends)

Exceptional Customer Service and Interpersonal communication skills

Previous demonstrated leadership experience

Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn
