As a Business Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Sales
- Sales Target Management
- Training of Retail sales staff (Products/Services/Systems/Processes)
- Call Diary Planning
- Call Diary Adherence
- Call capturing
- Information gathering
- Competitor Activity
- Relationship Management
- Customer Services and Escalations
- Reporting
Daily Feed Activity
- Morning stand-up at 08:00 daily with the RTL to discuss sales targets and sales output
- Kitted correctly, uniform and presentable as per guidelines
- Train retail sales staff on products/services/systems/ processes
- Daily, weekly feedback sessions to line management on activity and sales performance
- Ensure full absolute rules enforced
- Align with Regional Manager and Single Point of Contact on strategy
Daily Reporting Tasks
- Complete the daily team register, training and sales to be submitted to the RTL
- Capture store visits and sales daily at 15:30 to be submitted to RTL
- Submit monthly travel logs to RTL (100% accuracy)
Sales Targets
- Each BS carries a minimum target of 20 Business Internet and 10 FTTH – subject to changeFacilitate the order and quotes and fast track the sales orders
- Prepare daily feedback to the RTL on Visits and Sales output C2 General
- Meet monthly minimum target as set out to earn commission + 50% of allocated stores selling at least one product
What are we looking for?
To qualify for this role, you should:
- Matric
- Minimum 3 years related sales experience (Telecommunication Broadband sales)
- Strong Training skills
- Must be able to work in a fast pace environment, multi task, and have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated skills and proven experience in Telecommunications Broadband sales
- Reporting (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Training and Sales Presentations
- Sound knowledge of Telecommunications (Broadband Products and Services)
- Techno Savvy
- Face-to-face SME engagement
- Ability to understand and sell different products / packages
- Ability to understand and sell value adding products and services
- Maximise interactions to achieve agreed targets
- Excellent customer service
