This role is heavily customer and sales focused in the Travel and Tourism sector. You will be required to have the following experience/skills:
Outbound Executive ;
• Excellent communication skills in English. Additional fluency in Tamil & Sinhala will be highly preferred.
•A minimum of 5 years experience in handling outbound holiday packages, including MICE tours.
•Sound knowledge in Amadeus. Galileo GDS.
•Ability to cope with the pressure of handling high profile customers.
•Good IT knowledge and ability to perform multiple tasks.
•Experience in using Customer Relationship Management platforms
