Job Responsibilities:

  • Issue tickets, assign seat assignments, check baggage, board flights and provide any other information needed
  • Assist special needs passengers and resolve customer complaints
  • Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews
  • Comply with all safety procedures and station policies
  • Greet and assist all customers in a friendly and timely manner
  • Calmly handle situations such as cancelled and delayed flights
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • US citizen or show proof of right to work in US
  • Must type 30 wpm
  • Ability to lift heavy bags in excess of 60+ pounds, with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Positive and outgoing team player

Qualification & Experience:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
