As a maintenance supervisor, your are given the responsibility of overseeing our talented team of mechanics and ensuring that work, both scheduled and unscheduled, is completed in a timely manner, in accordance with company policy, and to the highest standard of workmanship.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Mandatory adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Must maintain an up-to-date status of the aircraft, and ensure that this information is made available to the DOM
  • Must control the flow and accuracy of all paperwork and records on the aircraft that are in the work process.
  • Responsible to the DOM and expected to carry out any and all directions of the DOM
  • Account for company issued tools prior to an aircraft being released
  • Maintaining the welfare of employees and ensuring that safety in the work place is the rule and not the exception
  • Maintain a Foreign Object Debris: FOD-free environment
  • Progressively train the personnel under direct report and document all training
  • Must provide an informative shift turnover
  • Maintain work space and facility, in a neat, clean and orderly manner
  • Ensuring that the company’s aircraft are maintained in accordance with acceptable maintenance practices and satisfy all regulatory requirements of the FAA
  • Managing allocated resources in an efficient manner and to the satisfaction of the company
  • Ensure that equipment and tooling is maintained in a serviceable condition or take the necessary actions to make them serviceable

Job Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Ability to read, write, and understand the English language
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship
  • FAA Aircraft & Power plant Mechanic Certificate

Qualification & Experience:

  • High School Diploma/Equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the maintenance of high turbo prop aircraft
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience required
  • Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen, FBI fingerprint screening, 10-year criminal background check education and experience
