About the job

The Siemens Healthineers Global Delivery Centre (GDC) is part of the overall Siemens Healthineers organization – as part of our Near- Offshoring strategy.

Tasks:

• Participate in upgrading and enhancing the global PLM landscape (based on Mentor Xpedition) in an agile team setup
• System Administration incl. Linux based FPGA development environment
• Monitoring and continuous improvement of the provided services including disaster recovery to ensure highest system availability and performance
• Ensure the system functionality and security of the provided services according to the enterprise standards

Knowledge:

• Linux (CentOS) Administration, bash programming (RHCE certification is an advantage)
• programming / third party code review (Java, Python), code management (GIT)
• Linux Security knowledge (firewall, ssh, sudo…)
• Working in innovative topics, e.g. Cloud, deployment automization (e.g. Ansible)
• Database Administration (oracle)
• Demonstrate the ability to solve complex, multi-system problems
• Proven analytical skills
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent English
• German skills would be welcome
• Good communication and influencing skills, self-motivated, quality and result oriented
• Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 2000EUR brutto /month + VAR*
