How To Contribute To Our Vision
We are currently seeking a Location Management Professional to join our United Kingdom & Ireland Real Estate Team.
This role will be based in the United Kingdom and will report into the Head of Real Estate UK & Ireland. The ability to travel in the North England and Central Belt of Scotland.
Providing location management to specific facilities whilst contributing to the development of the strategy for the UK & Ireland Portfolio.
This is a challenging and varied role in which every day will be different.
Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • Discuss and align with customers on space requirements
  • Relationship Management with local tenants
  • Aligning with tenant on mid and long term real estate requirements
  • Tracking space efficiency and utilization
  • Identifies opportunities to improve space efficiency, occupancy costs as well as rental conditions
  • Liaise with legal and external support to drive best value approach to lease opportunities and associated costs
  • Interface, as appropriate, with landlords to drive positive relationships and maximize opportunities that arise
  • Supporting country lease portfolio strategy and drive effective outcomes
  • Collects Transaction Related Capture for Data Room
  • Responsible for Lease Administration
  • Budget control of specific locations
  • Responsible for evaluating and managing local EHS aspects and risks to ensure legally compliant operation and live zero harm culture for specified locations
  • Accountable for location management tasks for specified locations

What You Need To Make a Difference
A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

  • Degree level education or relevant experience in the same area would be preferred
  • Previous experience in portfolio and service management
  • Experience of country relevant real estate laws and regulations
  • You are a strong communicator who can build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across multinational teams
  • Excellent organisational skills to effectively manage the operations of multiple properties
  • The ability to multi-task and possess strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent Negotiation skills
