Work Hours (Shift) – 1st/2nd shift
Starting Pay – $17+, depending on experience
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Responsibilities
Required Experience – At least 1 year of experience
Responsible for weighing ingredients and blending product, rotation of raw ingredients (FIFO) completion of required documents, conducting and recording quality and lab tests on product, pasteurizer operation, equipment sanitation and CIP, and basic equipment care, transfer of raw ingredients to blending room and storage. Awareness of EXP dates and visual, odor quality concerns of raw ingredients.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Environment is seasonally hot, humid, wet
Willingness to work off-shifts
