Job Description:

Process back office charge card transactions and complete revenue deposits as needed

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enter ticket requests for back office printing
  • Responsible for verification of physical inventories to include inventory balancing of park products
  • Generate department over/short reports
  • Research till variances through transaction analysis to resolve over/short discrepancies
  • Periodically review policies and procedures with regard to cash handling, system access, and register controls
  • Partner with Investigations to detect, mitigate, and prosecute fraud
  • Maintain cashier and revenue related records and other media
  • Verify and conduct preliminary research on till variances and document results

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to succeed in a multitask oriented, need fluctuating environment with strict deadlines
  • Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access: intermediate Excel skills preferred
  • Ability to perform system related research and track & report metrics
  • Strong attention to detail and be able to analyze, interpret, and present evidence and documentation in an organized manner
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as work independently with little to no supervision
  • Ability to determine best practices and recommend process improvements
  • Excellent cash handling skills
  • Able to lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience with trend analysis and/or cash auditing preferred
  • At least 1 year of finance or cash handling related experience
