Job Description:
Process back office charge card transactions and complete revenue deposits as needed
Job Responsibilities:
- Enter ticket requests for back office printing
- Responsible for verification of physical inventories to include inventory balancing of park products
- Generate department over/short reports
- Research till variances through transaction analysis to resolve over/short discrepancies
- Periodically review policies and procedures with regard to cash handling, system access, and register controls
- Partner with Investigations to detect, mitigate, and prosecute fraud
- Maintain cashier and revenue related records and other media
- Verify and conduct preliminary research on till variances and document results
Job Requirements:
- Ability to succeed in a multitask oriented, need fluctuating environment with strict deadlines
- Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access: intermediate Excel skills preferred
- Ability to perform system related research and track & report metrics
- Strong attention to detail and be able to analyze, interpret, and present evidence and documentation in an organized manner
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as work independently with little to no supervision
- Ability to determine best practices and recommend process improvements
- Excellent cash handling skills
- Able to lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
- Effective written and oral communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience with trend analysis and/or cash auditing preferred
- At least 1 year of finance or cash handling related experience
