Job Description:

Reporting to the Director Sales Effectiveness & Sales Enablement, in this role you will manage medium to large sized initiatives spanning multiple Canadian Business Banking business lines, the Office of the Commercial Professionals Program (CPP) and other functional areas while collaborating with multiple internal partners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating a recognition strategy to increase Applause adoption/usage to strengthen employee engagement and create a culture of recognition throughout the year.
  • Reaching out to new employees to engage in their orientation early.
  • Planning, coordinating and facilitating monthly orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring it is aligned with the Enterprise Orientation Program.
  • Acts as the Business Line SME in the evolution of the Commercial Accelerate Program by:
  • Responsible for the implementation and administration of the Applause/Best of the Best program within Canadian Business
  • Banking and the Office of the COO by:
  • Working closely with the Sr. Program Manager, On-Campus Recruitment and other partners to evolve the Commercial Accelerate Program to ensure it remains best in class. Activities include updating learning plans, collaborating to roll-out orientation, leading monthly GTBs, leading the Case Competition, etc.
  • Responsible for leading and evolving the Commercial Professionals Program (for new employees) by:
    ensuring learning plans are maintained up to date based on policy/process changes

Job Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education (University level preferred) in Business or Human Resources
  • Ability to pivot based on new/changes to business line strategies and Executive priorities
  • Ability to travel to Toronto if required
  • Ability to work non-standard hours as required based on project deliverables

Qualification & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience leading medium-large initiatives/projects
  • Proven experience with Facilitation with the ability to engage audiences as all levels of the organization
  • Proven experience with project management, project delivery and development of best-in-class programs
  • Proven experience in developing sales enablement and people strategies through to execution
