About the job
Roles & Responsibilities-
- Develop an annual marketing plan, implement and ensure successful execution of the same
- Meeting annual revenue targets, identifying and managing new business opportunities
- Driving creative/communication strategy for brand excellence
- Ensuring business hygiene like client/ vendor POs/ timely submission of invoices/ collections etc
- Travel to client office / within and outside Bangalore from time to time
- Supervising the client servicing team and assisting the Art Director to ensure timely and effective results are delivered
- Grooming and developing the account executives working under them to be effective client servicing personnel
- Tracking the billing and outstanding position of various clients and ensuring that payments are received on time
Requirements
- Should be an MBA graduate.
- Must have 5+ years of experience in the same industry.
- Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and strategic skills.
