Business Analyst – International Expansion (m/f/x) in Scalable Capital Berlin

• Execute projects to rapidly scale our business across the Italian and Spanish markets
• Conduct ongoing analyses of our product, marketing, performance, competition & client behaviours to influence our strategic roadmap and product localization
• Contribute to our team focused on Italy/Spain and delivering Scalable Capital’s services into their market.
• Work with the team to deliver local language websites, apps and marketing campaigns
• Identify partners and establish relationships with local providers necessary to deliver our proposition
• Report and communicate with senior management on KPIs
• Work with our client services team to set up and deliver best in class customer service

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a top tier university preferably with a focus on business, finance or entrepreneurship
• 1-3 years experience in finance, consultancy or technology industry
• Passion for digital products
• Strong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions
• Ability to break down complex issues, identify their essential factors and communicate them effectively
• A great understanding of and focus on customer problems and needs
• Hands-on mentality: the ability to work independently and get things done
• Curiosity about the technology landscape for mobile and web solutions
• Fluent English and Italian (Spanish is considered a plus)
