We are looking for a Food Technologist who will join our professional and creative team of meat replacement products developers.

Main responsibilities
· Sourcing and analyzing ingredients for the relevant developed products.
· Generating new product ideas and recipes.
· Modifying and improving existing recipes.
· Define processes and machinery for the production of recipes on a large scale.
· Testing and examining samples, documentation and protocols.
· Collaborate with the machine development engineers.
Requirements and qualifications
· B.Sc. degree in food engineering / food technology
· At least 4 years of experience in product development in the food industry.
· Experience in the field of alternative proteins – Advantage.
· English – high level of reading, writing and speaking
