Description
We are looking for a leading HR manager who will serve as the HR leader for the Israel site (~800 employees) and as Head of unit HR for the corporate units.
Temporary position, a replacement for maternity leave.
Key responsibilities:
(IL HR site leader (TEMP
- Define and implement cross-country programs, process,es and policies.
- Leading employee welfare, community relations, local internal communication, employees relations, and local benefits in the Israel site.
- Partner with the Business Units HRBPs around employee experience, wellness, spirit, pride, and engagement of the Israel Site employees.
- Implementation and monitoring of countries’ HR standards and compliance.
- Leading the IL HR shared services center supports the local HRBPs around employees’ life cycle activities.
- Manage a team of 2 HR professionals which supports the cross country HR activities.
HRBP for Corporate units
- Serve as a trusted advisor for C- Level (corporate units) and their management teams and partner in shaping the unit’s long-range vision and strategy while ensuring excellent employee experience
- Developing, implementing, and overseeing the various HR solutions and services to support the people agenda, including talent management, performance management, organizational development, career management, accelerated learning, HR standardization, and internal communication solutions & platforms.
- Ensure effective decision-making, particularly related to the human capital of the business. Bringing best practice and external perspectives to strategic and operational business discussions and people management decision-making.
- Provide professional and “high touched” HR support and advisory to employees at all levels.
- Manage (matrix manner) HRBP who supports the corporate units WW.
Experience:
- At least 8 years of HR experience, as HR Manager /HR Business Partner.
- Experience as a local (IL) site leader within a global company- An advantage
- Possess a solid understanding of the full HR cycle: recruitment and onboarding, performance management, consulting and mentoring, talent management, development, reward and retention, employee relations and employee engagement, labor law.
- Experience in planning and implementing organizational changes and handling complex change management processes.
- Relevant academic background (master’s degree in HR related degree)
