Your Mission

On a regular day as a Sales Team Leader at SaltPay, you will:

• Manage the entire sales team in the assigned region
• Transfer your experience and skills on your team
• Present the team’s results and experience at a global level
• Maintain and develop a long-term relationships with the team and our customers
• Identify potential customers, network proactively, build relationships
• Build sales strategy and sales culture, process improvement
• You will take part in regular training with the team in order to act as a leader, be a role model for your team and be able to help on the path to growth
