This is a hands-on role where you will be accountable for a team of posties, supporting them as they prepare to deliver mail. There are many factors that go into ensuring a successful shift and we have a range of measures in place to ensure we’re hitting our customer, finance and efficiency targets. You’ll have the training to help you achieve these, as well as your supportive team.
