Job Description:

You’ll be the champion of cultural change, working collaboratively with Centre of Excellence and HR Services leadership teams to successfully deploy key HR processes within the organization – driving business performance, engagement and people processes including performance management, engagement surveys, talent and succession.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support on IR issues to operational managers, supporting strategic involvement, IR issue resolution, IR project work and ensuring relationships with the Trades Unions are managed at the appropriate level.
  • Facilitate talent conversations with stakeholders to support the performance improvement and development of capability of their teams.
  • Own the day to day relationship with key business stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
  • Utilize relevant data driven metrics and insights to facilitate conversations with stakeholders to drive the focus and delivery of performance and future planning.
  • Develop and deliver elements of the People Plan aligned to business goals and key challenges and adapt for changing needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to build credible relationships with senior stakeholders to enable challenge and build consensus.
  • Change management experience such as supporting reorganizations, TUPE.
  • Analyze and interpret data.
  • Track record of delivering.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • CIPD qualified desirable.
  • Resilient and independent minded to champion the organization view with stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience of working in a business with complex IR relationships.
  • Experience of supporting reward related enquiries.
  • Degree qualified or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Adaptable and flexible; self-motivated and able to prioritize multiple demands.
  • HR technical experience including current employment law.
