Job Description:

Royal Mail has an exciting opportunity for a IRP Administrator on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity Leave.You will be responsible for working as part of the IRP Team supporting the processing and/or allocating of cases and investigations as directed by a lead Analyst.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for identifying and processing revenue recoveries from within their own smaller portfolio of products and services – as determined by customer value and volume
  • Able to support the effective processing of IRP related Admin tasks for both MailMark and IRP Parcels teams
  • You will be responsible for processing and closing down claims and refunds identified as appropriate by a lead Analyst
  • You will be required to collate and circulate performance reports to RP stakeholders
  • Capture and record details of customer or product non-compliance and collate feedback into the wider Product Manager and Account Manager communities

Job Requirements:

  • Able to process casework and enquiry activity within set turnaround times
  • Able to interpret and process large volumes of data
  • Good understanding of RM billing and invoicing systems – able to use SAP /Siebel / Dockethub
  • Strong knowledge of RM products and services
  • High levels of systems and computer literacy – able to use Excel/ Word/ Sharepoint

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experienced at dealing with customer and internal stakeholder complaints & enquiries
