Robert Half has partnered with a growing company in the Fort Worth area. We are seeking Customer Services Representatives. Customer Service Representatives will be interested in Robert Half’s new position if they love building solid customer relationships. Articulate and highly-skilled Customer Service Representative candidates could find an excellent career opportunity in this position. This position is for candidates who work well in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding
- Provide friendly customer service in a timely fashion
- Answer 30-50 customer service calls a day
- Provide excellent customer service by problem solving
- Working in a team environment
- Managing email inbox of customer needs
- Solving customer issues through an online chat portal
Requirements

- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to listen to customer needs and problem solve
- Ability to Multi-Task in a fast paced environment
- Call Center Customer Service experience
- Proven knowledge of Customer Support
- Well-founded grasp of Answering Multi-Line Phone System
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
- Positive attitude and an engaging business like approach
- Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
- Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods
- Customer service and office administrative skills
- Strong computer skills including customer database systems
