Job Responsibilities

Manage and execute day-to-day office operations

Responsible for office maintenance, facilities, vendors, logistics and supplies (Kitchen, office equipment, etc.)

Take active part in executing company welfare activities together with HR team.

Manage day-to-day office operations, including food and other supply orders, managing cleaning services, deliveries, office supplies, mail, parking and more.

Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.

Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services tracking of the company’s bank account – incoming & outcoming payments, conducting bank transfers to suppliers, money exchange etc.

Manage meeting room schedules and support management meeting needs

Monthly arrangement of material and invoices for bookkeeping.

Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

Supporting the HR team with recruitment and employee’s welfare including event planning.


  • Previous experience as an office admin / administrative experience in a startup environment
  • Exceptional organizational, planning and time management capabilities
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Fast thinker, problem solver and result driven
  • Positive and friendly attitude with a love for team work!
  • Ability to maintain professionalism always under pressure
  • Fluency (both written and spoken) in Hebrew and English- native English speaker – advantage!
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel
