About the job
This position is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the COO who oversees Operations, IT, Marketing, HR, Administration, Accounting, Warehouse & Logistics. A successful person in this position will need to be able to quickly and efficiently communicate during changing circumstances, be focused and self-sufficient, and reprioritize tasks as the immediate needs of the business change.
Responsibilities
- Provide support by coordinating and managing projects and schedules, coordinating and corresponding with vendors, booking appointments, answering and directing calls, preparing materials for presentation
- Coordinate and manage IT and Operational projects
- Review and prepare legal agreements including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices
- Prepare letters, reports, and other documents as needed
- Help to ensure that policies and procedures are being carried out throughout the entire organization
- Add and manage inventory to the company’s CRM system as needed
- Assist with clerical and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree OR 3 years experience in business, marketing, or a technology field
- MUST be technologically savvy
- Some experience with computer programming (any language) is highly preferred
- Ability to quickly learn and retain new knowledge
- Ability to quickly learn and master software programs
- Ability to research, source information and work self-sufficiently when needed
