Our Pilot Recruiting team is looking to add a new member here at our Indianapolis headquarters! We’re searching for someone who has previous recruiting experience, the ability to work on high-volume positions, and is excited about working in Aviation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conducts phone screens and interviews with potential Associates.
  • Sources active and passive candidates through creative and strategic sourcing methods.
  • Represents the Company at job fairs and other events as needed.
  • Partners with Hiring Managers to plan and executes successful recruitment initiatives, and discuss current and upcoming staffing needs.
  • Creates and owns a positive candidate experience.
  • Evaluates and develops accurate conclusions regarding a candidate’s experience, skills and abilities as it relates to the position.
  • Ensures that follow-up interviews with hiring manager/supervisor and other decision makers are scheduled.

Job Requirements:

  • Familiar with talent acquisition and HRIS systems (Workday)
  • Successful track record of hiring passive/directly sourced candidates utilizing various recruiting resources.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A) or equivalent combination of experience
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience
