The eCommerce Junior Key Account Manager (eJKAM) will have the opportunity to create, own and execute the customer strategy for key online retailers.

Playing a crucial role in Reckitt’s digital transformation, this role will require strong organizational, strategic, and cross-functional skills with opportunities to interact with the eCommerce Leadership Team to drive success.

You’ll succeed because…you’ll

  • Develop and manage customer relationship with buyers; own customer strategy ensuring local RB business objectives are achieved
  • Achieve / exceed all key sales measures (POS Consumption, Gross Sales, Net Revenue, and Gross Margin).
  • Work in close partnership with Brand & Performance Marketing to ensure development & implementation of customer category strategy and best-in-class execution
  • Collaborate to identify macro-trends, curate a customer pipeline, and execute launches
  • Partner with Demand Planning to ensure Customer Service levels are met / exceeded
  • Develop promotional strategy and execution (including trade budget management, competitive analysis, etc.) to effectively communicate back to the business
