Job Description:

You will work in partnership with the wider HR team to ensure effective HR tactical delivery to the business, proactively searching out new HR approaches, methods, tools and techniques you will enhance performance and support new or emerging business strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support in assessing and strengthening leadership depth and employee capability and in partnership with the Learning &
  • Development team, provide creative learning solutions and development opportunities
  • Analyze the Employee Opinion Survey results and partnering with the business you will develop action plans, execute the plans and evaluate the return on investment
  • Initiate and participate in project initiatives to improve HR practices/procedures, identifying and recommending changes to systems and procedures to ensure continuous improvement
  • Work with management teams to continue momentum throughout the year, reviewing and advising on engagement activities and working in partnership on organizational design to ensure delivery of an optimum business structure to meet key objectives
  • Provide support to Managers in relation to the performance management cycle and ensure they are effective and meet the deadlines. Coach and support managers in responding to underperformance and capability issues
  • Implement and drive a compelling talent management experience that attracts, develops, rewards, engages and retains ‘top talent’ and drives the employee experience to support engagement and assist meeting business goals
  • Work with the business to identify talent pipelines and develop clear succession plans and plans for critically identified roles

  • Ability to organize and prioritize work activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet objectives, along with flexibility
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to seeking opportunities to add value
  • Ability to alter behaviour and opinions in light of new information, changing situations and/or different environments and cultures.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Proven experience in developing new HR processes to enhance performance to support new or emerging business strategies
  • Strong team player and can do attitude
  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Advisor working in a busy HR team including experience partnering with the business and providing exceptional HR service to employees at all levels
  • Experience working with Senior Leadership and building long-term relationships
